Often the goals you set in your original 10 Year Plans seem like big, audacious and super ambitious goals. But with the incredible subconscious support you get from the the neuroscience the program taps into, many find that they achieve these goals well before the 10 year mark.

Other times the goals that you set are so on track that they are needing to be revised and expanded so that they are still inspiring.

The 10 Year Plan Update brings your 10 Year Plan goals back into focus so that you can acknowledge what you have achieved, where you are on track, where you’re not, what you’d like to re-commit to and what new goals inspire you.

My intention for this session is that you leave the Update Session feeling energised by being clear on where you want to re-commit, revise or re-invent. Our opportunity is to declare the previous draft complete with an invigorated mindset for your revised draft and the upcoming year.

During the main session we cover new research on the neuroscience of goal setting and habit formation, transforming your capacity to think outside the box in your 10 Year Plan goals.
