HOW IT WORKS
In this 6 month one-on-one Coaching Package, we work together to design and implement a plan that gets at the heart of what you really want in your future.
The program is delivered in 5 stages over a 6 month period and it includes the DISC Profiling Program.
STAGE 1 Introduction & 10 YEAR PLAN WORKBOOK (1 hour)
To begin, we meet via Zoom so I can introduce myself, the program, it’s philosophy and how it works. At this session I share the 10 Year Plan Workbook which kickstarts the process of writing your 10 Year Plan.
STAGE 2 One-On-One DISCOVERY SESSION (3 hours)
For this session, you will have completed brainstorming exercises in the workbook, and I meet you in your home, office or via Zoom - which ever is most convenient for you. This is a powerful half day immersion that will leave you not only confident about, but excited about, writing a 10 Year Plan that gets at the heart of what you really want in your future and the legacy you want to leave.
STAGE 3 7 x One-On-One Sessions (1.5 hours each)
During this stage we continue to create, plan and begin to implement your 10 Year Plan. We take time to dig deeper in the areas of life most important to you so that your goals genuinely match your vision for your life. I also support you to break down goals into more detailed milestones so that you can support yourself to be in regular and consistent action post-program.
In this stage you will complete the DISC Profiling Program which will expand your self-awareness exponentially.
And as your plan evolves, you will learn mindset strategies to support you to achieve your goals long term. We create the scaffolding around your goals so that you genuinely relate to them as achievable and on track, no matter how big they are.
In this stage, we will explore your habits - both physical and mental habits - your habits of mind, your mindset. We work out which habits are supporting you and which are limiting you so we can create new ones in their place. You will learn how to form new habits so that they, with practice, become an effortless part of your daily routine. This is where it gets exciting because you will start to see yourself becoming your next level.
STAGE 4 Email 10 YEAR PLAN 1st Draft
In the third stage you will email me the 1st Draft of your 10 Year Plan for review. When I review your plan, I compare it to my notes and ensure that the goals which had the most weight for you in our Discovery Session have the same weight in your plan. I brainstorm ways to extend the plan around your goals and prepare ideas for our next session.
STAGE 5 One-on-One 1st DRAFT REVIEW SESSION (1.5 hours)
By the end of 6 months your 10 Year Plan is locked in. You will have developed your mindset and new habits essential to taking you to your best life in 10 years time.
In this final session, I provide feedback and support as we complete the 1st Draft of your 10 Year Plan.
We don’t stop until you have a plan that feels right and genuinely excites you when you imagine achieving it. Your 10 Year Plan goals should make you feel excited, and a little bit nervous, because they should take you outside your comfort zone which is where your next level really is.
You will leave this session with a strategy for how you will keep your 10 Year Plan alive throughout time.
