Whether you have a specific theme you'd like to explore, or you need to re-boot as a group, I work with you to create a customised program that addresses what is most important to your organisation.

Retreats are designed to provide an invaluable opportunity for your organisation to communicate openly and honestly, while building trust and connection between members.

Retreats may be theme-based with specific content that your group is interested in exploring. You may as a group, for example, want to expand your communication skills both at work and at home. Or you may want to have a group inquiry into succession planning.

Other times, organisations may feel they need some time to identify and address unspoken challenges, making room for a clean slate and new beginnings.

Together we articulate your retreat goals and desired outcomes, allowing us to create an agenda that will leave your group recharged and more connected.

Cost is $4400 for a half day and $6870 for a full day up to 12 participants
